Videography

Videography with the finish already in mind.

I shoot video and photography for brands, agencies, and producers who need a compact camera setup with senior post-production judgement built in. I can plan the shoot, capture, grade, finish, mix, version, and deliver the work instead of passing it through a fragile chain of handoffs.

That means the same person thinking about the camera is also thinking about the colour grade, the audio, the edit, the social crops, the master files, and the place the work will finally play.

Pre-production that protects the day

We clarify the audience, deliverables, schedule, locations, references, sound needs, and post path before anyone is standing around waiting for decisions. The aim is a shoot that feels calm because the important problems were solved early.

Capture with the finish in mind

I shoot for the grade, the edit, the crop, and the delivery spec. Exposure, colour, lens choice, movement, audio, and coverage are planned around what the final piece has to become, not just what looks good on the monitor.

Colour, edit, sound, and delivery in one chain

Because I have worked as a videographer, photographer, colourist, finishing artist, and music producer, the handoff between production and post is much tighter. The same judgement carries from pre-production to final masters.

Versions that survive real use

Hero films, social cutdowns, still pulls, subtitles, client review files, web masters, and event playback all get treated as part of the job. The work is built to travel across platforms without losing the shape of the idea.

Working Mode

A small footprint, not a small standard.

Some jobs need a full crew. Some need a sharp videographer who can keep the footprint light, make good decisions quickly, and carry the material cleanly through post. This page is for the second kind: commercial work where camera, lighting, sound, taste, technical discipline, and delivery all need to line up.

Two-camera videography

Sony FX30 digital cinema camera and Sigma fp L for a compact two-camera setup covering motion, interviews, detail work, and stills when a job needs both video and photography.

Cine and documentary lenses

Sirui Nightwalker T1.2 S35 cine lens set, Sony G 18-110mm f/4 power zoom, Sigma 16mm f/1.4, Voigtlander APO-LANTHAR 35mm, and supporting filters for controlled exposure and consistent rendering.

Monitoring and control

Atomos Shogun Inferno, Lilliput A7S, Blackmagic UltraStudio 4K Mini, X-Rite ColorChecker Passport, and Resolve control surfaces for reliable capture checks, colour reference, and finishing review.

Movement, rigging, and small studio setup

DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal, Tilta FX30 cage, Tilta shoulder rig, Benro carbon tripod, Sirui fluid head, Manfrotto stands, black and white backdrops, and Aputure RGBWW tube lights.

Audio and music

Zoom F3 field recorder, Sony ECM-W3 wireless kit, Audio-Technica AT2040, MOTU interface, Dynaudio monitors, Ableton Live, and music-production tools for clean location sound, mix decisions, and original score when needed.

Post and delivery setup

DaVinci Resolve, ScopeBox, Blackmagic playback hardware, calibrated review habits, fast local storage, and clear versioning for clean masters, social cutdowns, still pulls, subtitles, and review files.

Good Fit

Where this setup makes sense.

Brand films, founder stories, social campaigns, product pieces, and launch content.

Interview-led work where lighting, sound, colour, and delivery all have to be handled cleanly.

Small-footprint productions that need senior post judgement on set.

Agencies that need one person who can shoot, grade, finish, version, and deliver without building a large crew around every job.
