Musetta “Peace and Melody EP”

In the Original mix of “Peace & Melody” strings faintly weaning in and out atop of Marinella’s lush and hopeful voice, it makes the listener feel good and rich at the same time.

Opening with the remix duties, Gutterstylz comes nothing short with an amazing club house tune.
Disco space vibes atop Marinella’s beautiful voice make this THE best vocal house track we’ve heard this year by far, and it builds and builds proper, with atmospheric pads and a glistening chime sound in the background.
The second remix comes from wildly talented Holland-based producer Bart Van Wissen, and he puts together an electro-prog pumping house number, feel good vibes, punchy in rhythm, and very effective on the dance floor.
Dj Yellow brings us to the third remix on the release, and it is unbelievable.
Taking a darker tone, hypnotic spells abound and melodic washes aplenty towards the latter section make this a heavy winner and receiving support by such jocks as James Holden, Petter, and John Digweed.
The next remix comes from the brilliantly talented Dream Traveler, who we haven’t seen in years. His past work on Chris Fortier’s “Fade Recordings” was unreal, and he doesnít disappoint here in the slightest.
A beautiful take on Musetta’s track, he keeps the vibe minimal, yet emotional, more a piece of music then a club banger, and we love that – Dream Traveler is a true musician and this is reflected in his work here.
Lastly, Anil Chawla and Dale Anderson’s mix is characteristic of their sound: warm, deep, classy house.
In fact, their mix is highly reminiscent of old school house vibes circa 1996-7 with that punchy stab in on the bassline. This talented UK duo is class through and through and this is just another notch in their wall of accomplishments.

This release has received support on Pete Tong’s Radio1 Essential Selection, John Digweed’s Transitions Radio Show, as well as having seen heavy support from Djs ranging from Sasha to Nick Warren to Sander Kleinenberg to James Holden.
The list goes on and on really, and over the coming months you will see the Anil Chawla & Dale Anderson mix featured on an Armada compilation mixed by Blake Jarrell and the Dj Yellow mix featured on an Armada compilation mixed by Nick K. ethereal worlds, and so on.
